How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $275.00 to $325.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $275.00 to $350.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $400.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $275.00 to $325.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Most of my inspection are at my base rate of 275.00 and then more than 3 bathrooms, and one heating and cooling unit is more. But the final cost is after I talk to the customer.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $50.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $175.00 to $250.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
The cost is from 175.00-250.00 Then $50.00 per sample taken.
