Customers ask "How much is this going to cost?" I answer them giving them the price for the project they've outlined and let them know that 50% is due upfront, before work begins. I also require a contract between myself and the customer for all projects.

I offer a 5% discount of the total cost of the project to seniors 60+ and
to all veterans and people receiving disability benefits like SSI or SSD.
