How We Charge For Our Services

Coaching - Business & Executive
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour Step 1: The first step in any relationship is to get to know each other. This call or meeting is so that we can do just that. Not everyone is a good fit and that is a-ok, but we need to take the time to do a small assessment. Capeesh? This is a no charge affair.
Step 2 ($750): This includes a half day in person at your company location (within ~30 miles of Dover, PA)- I will ask that you provide me with quite a bit of information before this meeting. When I arrive, I will have done my homework. I will be ready to learn and full of questions. Please be ready!

If you just want someone to chat with for an hour sporadically here and there, I can do that, however.. I prefer the following.
We will define a goal that we are working for and we will define how we want to work together. If we commit to defined chunks of time wrapped around certain goals, we will be more effective and it won't be an hourly rate based quote.
