Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $800.00 to $1,800.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required) - $2,600.00 to $5,200.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required) Our goal is to work within the homeowners budget, while creating a space that will appeal to the greatest number of potential homebuyers.

Interior Decorators - Residential
- $50.00 to $65.00 per hour (plus materials) Firstly, we provide interior decorating services, which is a bit different than "interior design". After an in-home consultation, We will provide you with a bid on the entire job. It usually comes out to about $50/hr.
