How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house - $350.00 to $375.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house - $375.00 to $400.00 for +4,000 sf house - $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical) Billing is based on square footage, a/c units, furnaces, other buildings on same property and Radon tests.

Pool - Inspection
- $75.00 to $100.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool) - $75.00 to $100.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool) Pools and hot tubes are an inspection of there own. Electrical and water are a hazard together so special care is needed to inspect them.

Roof - Inspection
- $150.00 to $200.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline) Special tools are needed to inspect.

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $400.00 to $550.00 fixed fee - flat rate Its all based on Square footage.
