How We Charge For Our Services

Central A/C - Install
- $80.00 to $250.00 per hour (labor only) - $5,500.00 to $7,500.00 for 2-3 ton unit (using existing ductwork) - $6,000.00 to $9,000.00 for 2-3 ton unit (new ductwork installed) - $8,000.00 to $12,500.00 for 5 ton unit (using existing ductwork) - $10,000.00 to $14,500.00 for 5 ton unit (new ductwork installed) Bryant is the brand of unit selling; there are good, better and best lines of equipment available. Evolution System, Preferred Series and Legacy Line ranging from 13 seer to 19 seer and a 10 year warranty on parts.

Central A/C - Service or Repair
- $80.00 to $250.00 per hour (plus parts) This basically is what someone is looking at for a service call and half a hour of labor. Anything after that parts and labor are added.

Central A/C Gas - Install
- $150.00 to $250.00 per hour (labor only) - $3,500.00 to $6,000.00 fixed fee (includes mid-grade 2-ton unit) - $4,300.00 to $6,800.00 fixed fee (includes mid-grade, 3-ton unit) Comfort is all about efficiency and just depends on your situation.

Central A/C Gas - Service/Repair
- $80.00 to $400.00 per hour (plus parts) A service call with diagnostic.

Central Air Cleaner - Install or Replace
- $150.00 to $360.00 per hour (plus cost of equipment) - $350.00 to $900.00 for a typical two story home (standard grade unit) Filter box have a wide range just really depends on allergies effect you and keeping the unit with enough return air.

Furnace - Inspection
- $80.00 to $200.00 for typical furnace inspection The inspection of a furnace includes checking differential and carbonoxide leaks. Cleaning is additional fees.

- $3,050.00 to $4,800.00 for 80,000-100,000 btu gas furnace (mid-efficiency; 80-84% afue) - $3,150.00 to $4,900.00 for 80,000-100,000 btu gas furnace (high-efficiency; +90% afue) - $5,500.00 to $6,000.00 for 80,000-100,000 btu electric furnace (high-efficiency; +90% afue) - $3,450.00 to $5,700.00 for 80,000-100,000 btu electric furnace (mid-efficiency; 80-84% afue) Furnace only

- $150.00 to $300.00 per hour (plus materials) The cost is factoring in that there are multiple units. Discount offered for multiple units.

- $80.00 to $250.00 per hour (plus parts and materials) This is a typical daily charge.

- $4,650.00 to $5,500.00 per unit - 4.0 ton - $3,750.00 to $4,500.00 per unit - 3.5 ton - $3,000.00 to $3,800.00 per unit - 3.0 ton - $1,200.00 to $2,500.00 per unit - 1.5 ton - $1,700.00 to $2,750.00 per unit - 2.0 ton - $2,250.00 to $3,100.00 per unit - 2.5 ton - $3,650.00 to $5,500.00 per unit - in-wall unit Systems that are replaced outside have to be compatible to inside unit.

- $80.00 to $150.00 per hour (install only with pre-purchased unit) - $150.00 to $250.00 for 5,000 btu window unit - $200.00 to $350.00 for 10,000 btu window unit - $300.00 to $550.00 for 15,000 btu window unit This is for a window install and if the installation is required through a wall or something else the prices will be different.
