Hero Employer Services was founded by seasoned businessmen Rich Mahler and Tom Sodeika in 2012. Our founding business leaders recognized the need for employers, large and small, to have a single source they could trust for key employer services and products. They also recognized that many employers overpaid for these services, especially those with specific, non-profit missions.
Hero-ES is designed to provide these employer services and products in a world class way, with economic efficiency, and a mission to provide financial support to key, identified worthy causes.

As a company, we have four primary goals:
1. Reduce current employer-related expenses by 10-25%.
2. Maintain “Best in Class” products and services with dedicated and assigned staff.
3. Continuously monitor and augment products and services pursuant to client needs
and market shifts.
