Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $400.00 to $1,500.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
Fees are necessarily based on the Complexity of an Assignment including the Intended Use, Property Location, Site Utility, Improvement Quantity, Quality, Utility and Condition, School District, and local market nuances. "One size does NOT fit All". Accordingly, local market expertise, tenure, and professional references should be of primary import to Clients with attendant fees based on complexity as secondary. In appraising - "you get what you pay for" is accurate.
