How We Charge For Our Services
Attorneys - Business & Corporate
- $200.00 to $400.00 per hour
We use flat fee billing for setting up new companies and other work when possible. We often use flat fees for international clients. Other work is billed by the hour. We try to work with clients to meet their needs and keep costs reasonable. Our philosophy is to provide service comparable to large firm but with personalized service and cost of smaller firms. We want clients to feel as if they have gotten good value from their legal dollar.

Attorneys - Employment Law
- $200.00 to $375.00 per hour
This work is typically billed hourly. We do not bill for very short phone calls or emails, and we do not mark up costs for faxes, photocopies, etc.

Attorneys - Intellectual Property
- $200.00 to $350.00 per hour
This work is typically billed hourly. We do not bill for very short phone calls or emails, and we do not mark up costs for faxes, photocopies, etc. Some of this work is done on a fixed fee.

Attorneys - Mergers & Acquisitions
- $200.00 to $400.00 per hour
