What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Beware of any inspection service who also may be a real estate agent or a home builder / home repair specialist. These may be conflicts of interest and the inspector may not be working in your best interest. We are a non biased 3rd party inspector who will give you accurate reports based on the structure alone.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

Typically we inspect homes that are in the pre closing stage of a real estate transaction. We also do pre listing inspections so the seller will know what to expect when buyers get their inspection done. One year warranty inspections for new construction is recommended as well.

Our reports are digital PDF files that are emailed to our clients to save on the production of paper products and toner ect.

Customers ask "Would you buy this house?". My answer is "840 Inspections can not and will not suggest a property is worth what you are paying. We are there only to evaluate its condition to help our customers make a more informed purchasing decision.".

Veterans (with proof) will get and additional 10% discount.

We have recently added additional Termite services that are handled by a 3rd party but billing can go directly through 840 Inspections. This saves clients time and effort by not having to search to find this additional service if needed. Termite inspections are an additional cost.
