We had our master bath redone. This was completed on time and on budget. Always left the house clean of debris.

Keith Kling was recommended to us by good friends. We had several projects which were completed to our high standards. From bay window replacements, wood rot repair, getting us a great mason to rebuild our front walk, anything we needed to get our house ready to sell...even came over immediately when our teenager hit the side of the garage with the car. Keith remodeled two of our bathrooms earlier this year, a 1/2 bath and small kid's bathroom. He was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. His broad knowledge was so helpful to us as we went through our projects. He is very responsive and does not have to be reminded 10x to do something like so many others in this industry. Overall, the workmanship was top notch and we are very happy with both bathrooms. I would not hesitate to use him again and already have a list going of the things I want to tackle next. Keith Kling was very professional. There were no surprises. He told us exactly what to expect every step of the way. He is easily reached, answering every phone call and every question I had. He knew my concerns and made sure to be there to make sure that the job was done right. All the people who worked for him, including the subcontractors he used (those that did the tiling, the painters, etc.) respected him and gave him priority over their time. Which is how the job got done so quickly

We hired Kling Brothers to do the roof on our home. They had to strip everything down and replace several pieces of rotting wood. They did an excellent job. They were quick and very neat. They were done with the roof within a few days and when they left, everything was cleaned up and put back into place. I would absolutely recommend this company and use them again.

Keith Kling and Kling Brothers is a first rate construction company. Keith is the ultimate professional and the company's work is outstanding. Keith and his son (Kyle) have done numerous major projects for me. The work is quality, the communication throughout the construction is daily and the price is fair. There are no surprises or undisclosed pricely additions. I have referred Kling Brothers to friends and family and will continue to use him for small and large projects. I'm sorry I have no photos because they would prove that what I'm saying is true. Kling Brothers Builders have been doing the highest quality work for me and my family for over twenty years. Keith Kling and I built a 6000 square foot house together about 15 years ago. I have not sought competitive bids for a construction job since. They are always my contractors of choice. No job is too challenging for them, and they are friendly, honest and reliable. In a world where anyone can hang up a shingle and call himself a contractor, it has become increasingly difficult to be certain that you are getting the right one. For those of us who have been fortunate enough to contract Kling Brothers for homebuilding and remodeling, we can always count on excellent results.

Keith Kling of Kling Brothers Builders is easy to work with and very talented. I had things go wrong with my house three years in a row. Keith was there to help. He not only didn't get flustered, but came up with brilliant solutions which he would always talk over with me and explain in detail to me. I felt confident leaving them to do their work as I went off to work each day. I would get home and the place would be all swept up and neat ready for the next days job. My house wasn't built well and not by Kling Brothers so we would run into problems. Keith would always know what to do. He has the experience and knowledge to fix anything. The finished rooms were always beautiful also. That takes talent. The third year we had been flooded. Keith and his crew not only put it back together, but designed it to withstand future floods if they happen. I would recommend the Kling Brothers anytime!

Kling Brothers Builders worked with our family to renovate a 1950's split level house. We were very pleased with Kling for the following reasons: - Detail orientation - Knowledge across the board - - Ability to help us look at where we should and should not spend out money. We did spend more than the original bid for several reasons - we encountered some drainage issues that required installation of drains in the back yard, we upgrades on some of the materials, and we found some unexpected mold in the walls. These things will happen in renovations and we were pleased with how Kling worked with us to resolve the issues. - Responsiveness to our concerns. - Excellent working relationship with our architect.

Addition to House - Build - $250.00 to $350.00 per square foot for premium grade construction - $125.00 to $250.00 per square foot for standard grade construction At Kling Brothers Builders our billing policies are flexible to fit to your needs, weather it be a contract price or charge by a tradesman time and material supplied. Architects - Residential - $100.00 to $325.00 per hour (plus materials) - 5.00 to 15.00 percent of construction cost Kling Brothers Builders offers a in house Architectual/Design Services and the fees can be a fixed price, hourly fees or a percentage of construction. We like to do phases of design from Preliminary design costs to full Construction Plans and Specifcations

Custom Home - Build - $125.00 to $350.00 per square foot (basic construction) At Kling Brothers Builders our billing policies are flexible to fit to your needs, weather it be a contract price or charge by a tradesman time and material supplied. We can accommodate.
