How We Charge For Our Services
|
Demolition - Residential
- $8,000.00 to $30,000.00 fixed fee (house, no basement)
- $12,000.00 to $40,000.00 fixed fee (house with basement)
Each house is evaluated based on the need of supplies and how to access the house. It is also based on having to remove debris or not from the house.

Land, Lot, & Site Clearing
- $350.00 fixed fee per stump removed
We provide our pricing based on the amount of work needed to remove items such as things in the way to get to the job and how many acres or slopes and etc.

Pool Demolition or Removal
- $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee (in-ground pool, complete demo)
- $400.00 to $5,000.00 fixed fee (above ground pool)
- $3,500.00 to $7,000.00 fixed fee (in-ground pool, partial demo)
Each pool is evaluated based on how it is structured in the town its in and the access.

Recycling
- $400.00 to $700.00 for weekly collection/pickup
We charge for recycling based the type of recycling we pickup

Waste, Junk, Materials - Remove
- $700.00 to $850.00 for full load (12 ft. truck; about 18 cubic yards)
- $500.00 for 1/2 truck load (12 ft. truck; 9 cubic yards)
Our trucks are charged $850 a truck load and the lowest we charge for a pick up is $500 all depending on what is loaded into the trucks.
