Cleaning Services - Industrial
- $28.50 to $30.00 per man hour
- $0.15 to $0.20 per square foot
We bill after the job is completed. Also on big jobs, we bill as the work progresses depending upon percentage completed.

- $28.50 to $30.00 per hour
- $0.15 to $0.30 per square foot
We bill after work is completed. We expect to be paid as soon as possible.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $28.50 to $30.00 per hour
- $0.15 to $0.35 per square foot
Progressive billing in large contract (bi weekly) We bill at the end of work with small jobs
