Q:
What separates your company from the competition?
A:
I'm someone who cares about my customers. I'm in it to serve God and serve others, not about making a fortune. I often provide an hour or two of service here and there for free without charging my customer! This shows I truly care and not in the business to nickel and dime people! I care for their pool even when they aren't home!

I took on a pool that was very bad with algae. Upon working with that pool, I discovered the pool pump was broke and functioning at about 10%. I advised the customer that they need to purchase a new pool pump before I could continue pool service as it was unable to filter anything and I was unable to vacuum the pool to remove the algae. The customer had to purchase a new pool pump and we skimmed and dipped a lot of algae out of the pool manually before installing the new pump. Now that the new pump is installed the water is starting to clear up in the pool and you can now start to see the bottom of the pool as you were unable to do previously. This pool has been a challenge with the heavy algae and the broken pool pump but we are on the road to recovery with another shock treatment coming, more clarifier and more flocculant! We are getting there, but it's been a project on-going for about 2 weeks now! But we got about 3-5 more days and it should be cleaned and swimmable! No job too big, no job too small! I do it all and can fix it, no matter how bad it is!
