Look for indications of honesty, someone who truly cares about their quality of work and the complete satisfaction of the client while at the same time is mindful of cost and of their individual businesses reputation. Is this person looking you in the eye when they talk to you?

I started doing this type of work when I went to work with my dad as a young man in the shipyards in the city of Boston. I have been doing this for my entire life and have more than 40 year experience. I found I enjoyed working in an extremely focused aspect. (that us how I have kept from killing myself) I like being able to communicate directly with end user to be sure of their satisfaction.
