Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $100.00 to $300.00 per hour
A commercial Inspection Quote varies greatly on the type and contents of the structure. Does it have multiple floors, multiple bathrooms, controls and/or advanced operating systems that require specialized certifications to operate, will it be occupied by employees and/or customers, typical occupant use/expectations, etc. Examples needed: Cafe, Industrial warehouse, car dealership, government building, retail store, etc.

Home Inspection Services
- $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $700.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $450.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Homes approaching 4,000 square feet can have multiple heating and cooling zones, multiple components including water heaters, kitchens, etc that essentially equal the same amount of components as two separate residences. Clarification of multiple components/systems/zones determine a more accurate price.

- $40.00 to $80.00 per hour
