Leo Lantz - President
Born into the contracting business, Leo’s 20 plus years experience in home remodeling and years as the principal corporate officer have given him an extensive knowledge of multiple trades. He has significant experience remodeling older homes in the Richmond area and has earned the Class “A” contractor certification. Leo supports ethical business practices by maintaining corporate membership in the Better Business Bureau of Central Virginia and the Home Builders Association of Richmond. He also supports the community by working with Habitat for Humanity to build affordable housing.
Leo donates a considerable amount of energy and professional expertise by serving on boards and councils for various charitable, church and school organizations. Leo is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and an Honors graduate of The University of Richmond.
Leo currently serves on the NKBA Advisory Council for Builders/Remodelers and as the 2015 President of the Home Builders Association of Richmond

I just wanted to shoot you a note to say hello. I actually think about you a lot simply because I see the evidence of your work every day. We still LOVE our bathroom… the family room is now a comfy relaxing place, no longer an embarrassing eyesore with the ceiling falling in… and seeing the new roof every time I drive up makes me smile. How We Charge For Our Services

Addition to House - Build
- $125.00 to $250.00 per square foot for standard grade construction
There is no set cost per square foot. Every project is estimated on a job by job basis. However, some basic rules do apply. The lower the square footage, the higher the price due to certain project minimums. The quality of fixtures has a tremendous impact on final pricing.

Bathroom - Remodel
- $18,000.00 to $28,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Every estimate is customized for each client. The figures represented above merely provide a frame of reference.

Bathroom Designers - Residential
- $100.00 per hour
2020 CAD drafting services provide our clients with a 3D visualization of their remodeling projects.

Designers - Kitchens
- $100.00 per hour
2020 design services are available for all our bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects. We provide an estimate of time necessary to produce your design and we will provide you with a design services agreement for all design services.
