Our comprehensive report is completed the same day, so no waiting. Our rates are competitive for our level of experience & market price. We do not offer any additional services so as not to confuse our customers. We focus on home inspections, only, for one flat price.

We provide comprehensive home inspection services for residential homes, condos & townhomes. We also offer TX Dept. of Insurance VIP inspections for insurance purposes. In addition, we provide construction draw inspections for banks lending to new builds, renovations & additions.

We host our typed reports on-line to minimize paper used in our transactions. All appliances and lights are turned off on exiting a property to minimize energy waste.

Our job is that of a consumer protection advocate and we take that label seriously.

We are not part of the "good ole boy" system. We tend to stray from home inspection groups as it makes for a climate of second-guessing learned knowledge. We pride ourselves in projecting a corporate, professional image to our clients.

1a: Should I buy this house? 1b: Does it pass or fail? Unfortunately, the burden is on you. We feel we have provided you with a comprehensive list of deficiencies that you need to determine whether or not you can accept. NO HOUSE IS PERFECT. WE FIND DEFICIENCIES IN NEW HOMES AS WELL. 2: When will I receive my report? Later the SAME DAY.

Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).

A recent home inspected by us had prior foundation damage & repair. To better help the buyers understand what the situation was, we gladly reviewed the foundation report and later described what had happened. From our discussion, the buyers were better aware of what had happened and what remedy was prescribed and completed. In all, our review and discussion helped the buyer to make a decision with which they could accept for consideration.
