Look First Homes LLC recently was asked to inspect an aging apartment complex. Much of the piping was still wrapped in asbestos insulation. Unfortunately the cost of abating the Asbestos weighed against the buyer purchasing the home. I had a former client contact me about properties that I have seen on the market. He looked at my report and said the asbestos was not an issue. He put in an offer and the complex was purchased. Update: He gutted the complex and turned 50 units into 25 units. The complex is Old world meets new on the inside. Awesome stuff.
