Our customer purchased window blinds from a competitor & the new blinds instantly broke, within 1 week. No one was able to repair the new blinds & the competitor would not answer their customer's phone calls. So that customer called our office instead for help. We were the ONLY blinds company that were able to fully repair ALL of the blinds. It wasn't easy & it took us a lot of hours on the job....but we saved the day, for that customer! Now the customer said we earned ALL of their business moving forward!
