Carpet - Install
- $0.28 to $0.39 per square foot (economy grade with padding)
Prices vary based on type of carpet being installed and whether its a glue-down or stretch-in installation. Stairs and upholstery work are extra.

Carpet - Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
- $50.00 to $150.00 per room to stretch carpeting
Re-stretch price varies based on the number of seams the need to be re-made, amount of total yardage that needs to be stretched and if rooms are occupied.

Ceramic Tile - Install
- $2.50 to $4.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
Installation prices vary based on job characteristics (patterns, designs, borders, insets, etc.).

Laminate Wood or Stone Floor - Install
- $1.35 to $1.50 per square foot (mid-grade laminate installed)
Installation price varries based on details of the layout.

Linoleum Tile - Install
- $0.75 to $1.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
- $0.50 to $0.65 per square foot (new subfloor installation only)
- $0.50 to $0.75 per square foot (tile removal only)
Price varies based type of material being installed and area material is installed in.

- $2.50 to $4.00 per square foot

- $2.00 per square foot
Price reflects all tile that requires use of chipping hammer for removal.

- $1.75 to $2.25 per square foot installed (mid-grade solid hardwood included)
