Very reasonable, straightforward small business. Our goal is provide quality service at a reasonable price. I've spent over 15 years working for companies that overlooked the working class and charged an arm and a leg for simple jobs and I refuse to follow in their footsteps.

How We Charge For Our Services

Appliance (Major Electric) - Install or Replace
- $75.00 to $200.00 per hour
- $75.00 to $300.00 for basic appliance hookup
90% of our jobs are job based instead of hourly based. That way our focus is on finishing in a timely manner to move onto the next job.

- $75.00 to $300.00 for basic appliance hookup

Appliance (Microwave Oven) - Install or Replace
- $75.00 to $300.00 per hour

When it comes to repairs, our troubleshooting fee is $75. After finding the issues, if the customer approved the price for us to fix it then the troubleshooting fee will be waived

- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $75.00 to $150.00 for dishwasher water and drain line (fixed fee)
- $75.00 to $150.00 for refrigerator water line (fixed fee)
- $75.00 to $150.00 for washing machine water and drain line (fixed fee)
- $75.00 to $150.00 for ice maker water line (fixed fee)
- $75.00 to $150.00 for appliance water line (fixed fee)
Price varies on material needed and labor involved

Dishwasher - Install
- $150.00 to $300.00 fixed fee (install only)
If no additional parts are needed, basic price is $150. If any additional parts are needed, customer will be responsible for those payments

Electrical for Remodel or Addition - Install
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials and parts)
Price will vary depending on square footage and material needed

Electrical Wiring or Panel - Upgrade
- $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 fixed fee (upgrade panel to 150 amps)
- $3,000.00 to $6,000.00 fixed fee (upgrade panel to 400 amps)
- $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 fixed fee (upgrade panel to 200 amps)
- $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 fixed fee (install new 100-amp panel)
Price varies depending on location of panel, type of panel, and amount of breakers

Faucets - Install or Repair
- $75.00 to $300.00 for sink or bath faucet (install only)
- $150.00 to $400.00 for sink or bath faucet (includes mid-grade fixture)

- $1,500.00 to $4,000.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pex
Prices will vary depending on type of plumbing

Switches, Outlets & Fixtures - Install or Repair
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
- $50.00 to $75.00 fixed fee to install 240v outlet
- $30.00 to $50.00 fixed fee to install 120v outlet
- $50.00 to $100.00 fixed fee to install mid-grade light switch
Depending on type of fixture, prices will vary.

- $75.00 to $200.00 fixed fee (labor only; toilet pre-purchased)
- $175.00 to $400.00 fixed fee (labor and standard grade toilet)

- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $4,000.00 to $8,000.00 fixed fee (copper piping for 1500 sf house)

- $3,000.00 to $6,000.00 fixed fee (cpvc piping for 1500 sf house)
- $5.00 to $20.00 per linear foot (cpvc)
