- $275.00 to $325.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
The billing rate is determined by square footage.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $150.00 to $250.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
The billing rate is dependent upon the extent of mold present.
