- $50.00 to $125.00 fixed fee per visit
Houses that are generally routine projects start at $50 flat fee per visit. Offices that are a flat fee go up to $125 depending on the size. Side projects are $15 to $20 per hour.

Offices are billed at a flat rate.

- $50.00 to $125.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
I base the cost of residential services on the size of the rooms and the customers' budgets.
