The first step is to ask Borrower where He/she is in the process and what method of communication would they be more comfortable with. If they prefer conducting business via email or through my website, I would provide information to do so. If they prefer to obtain information face to face, I would schedule an appointment and provide instructions for visit.

The most common service that we at PrimeLending provide is home mortgages. We have over 40 loan programs that allow us to provide options to every Borrower.

What are today's interest rates? I explain to them that rates are impacted by multiple variables such as credit score, loan amount, down payment and program type. In order for me as a Loan Officer to give an accurate rate, I will need to initiate a 1003 application, which will allow me to give Borrower an a actual rate.

Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?

Our Company offers Lender credit of up to $2000 towards closing cost to anyone who purchases within a low to moderate census tract area or is low to moderate income. Also our company waives Origination fees for all Veterans.
