How We Charge For Our Services

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $35.00 to $45.00 per room (no furniture)
Price is based on size and light soiling condition

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $130.00 to $150.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
A move-in/out cleaning is performed while the house is empty and typically costs $30 per-person, per-hour

Upholstery and Furniture - Clean
- $120.00 to $130.00 for couch cleaning (oversized couch)
- $70.00 to $80.00 for loveseat cleaning
- $100.00 to $115.00 for couch cleaning (average size)
- $40.00 to $60.00 for armchair cleaning
Price depends on soiling condition of upholstery. All items receive the same cleaning treatment: vacuuming, spot removal and extraction. Chemicals are very trusted and contain Seal of Approval
