Everything went extremely well. Ernesto and Penny came out, measured and gave us a bid for the work all within a couple of days. They showed up promptly when they said they would and power washed one day and came back the next and stained the deck. The job was very well done and looks great. We are very much satisfied with their services. We will definitely consider having them out again for any more painting we need done, in fact while they were here after finishing up, we had them look at our bathroom for painting walls and cabinets. Ernesto and team did a fantastic job of power washing and staining my deck. It is a very large deck and I was concerned it would be cost prohibitive for me to contract the work rather than do it myself. Ernesto and Penny spackled/dry wall repaired and painted 2 large walk-in closets. They also painted some trim molding for the dining room. Marquez Painting kept us constantly updated on the work,and any delays. The team took great care in minimizing sanding dust, adequately protected flooring and cleaned the area once completed. They showed up on time. They were very professional. The closet paint I had wasn't the best choice; Ernesto explained why I wouldn't want to use the paint I had and recommended a better option. Also, I hadn't supplied enough paint for the room. They went to Sherwin Williams to get more room paint as well as different closet paint. They were very efficient. They cleaned up well. Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain - $0.45 to $0.55 per square foot We measure gross square footage and apply the proper price per square foot depending on the complexity of the project. We prepare a separate price for the prep work that may be involved.
