- $545.00 to $635.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $725.00 to $815.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $455.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
The more square footage that a residential property consist of, the longer it would take to inspect the structure.

- $150.00 to $175.00 fixed fee per year
The hourly fee varies due to the size of the residence and the consultation time always varies depending on how long the client prefers to ask questions about their home.
