For general IT support, you want to ensure that the provider has experience with similar companies of your size in your industry.
For telephony services, you want to ensure that they are providing you with a tailored product that fits your needs rather than simply selling you on the same configuration they use for every client.
For structured cabling, you want to ensure that your contractor is licensed. You also want to ensure that they have an understanding of the needs of your network. Most providers only have one or the other.

How We Charge For Our Services

Computer - Repair, Troubleshooting or Upgrades
- $40.00 to $140.00 per hour (plus cost of equipment)
We offer everything from depot repair at our office to 4-hour on-site emergency response, so our pricing ranges greatly.

Computer Network or Wiring - Install or Repair
- $60.00 to $140.00 per hour (plus cost of equipment)
- $120.00 to $180.00 per data run (up to 100 feet)
Pricing varies based on service vs. project work and new vs. existing construction.
