Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $0.15 to $0.20 per square foot
Commercial property is priced per square foot. That price is determined by being a stand alone or connected to other commercial properties type building.

Home Inspection Services
- $150.00 to $250.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $200.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $200.00 to $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Home inspection prices are based on per square foot. They will depend on the age of home and type of home (house, condo, townhome, mobile home, or high rise apartment). A quote will be issued at the time that information is collected.

Pool - Inspection
- $50.00 to $150.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $25.00 to $50.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Pool inspection is based on a flat fee. Age of pool is considered in pricing, along with above ground or in-ground type pool.

Roof - Inspection
- $200.00 to $300.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Roof inspection will be based on single story or two story type of structure, pitch of roof and generalized idea of roofing materials. A quote will be issued at the time the information is collected.

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $0.10 to $0.20 per square foot
Priced based on type and age of structure. A quote will be issued when that information is available.
