Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: If your practice experiences high turnover rate with staff, high rates of claim rejection and low patient retention, then we would be the answer to your struggles. We’re part of the nation's largest network of Medical Revenue Management offices, and we specialize in practice management, revenue cycle optimization, and private practice business support. We all go to the doctor to get checked out with any troubles we are having whether it be an injury, an illness or even simply just a check-up. You can consider me to be your practice's physician. We will schedule an appointment to check all the vitals of your practice and supply you with a prescription to cure any issue that is found. We look forward to the opportunity to meet with you!

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: We provide an array of services to increase efficiency and retention as well as lower claim rejection rates.

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: We are a cloud based company which means everything will require a login and all work will be done online without paper. We promote electronic medical record (EMR) systems and also have a solution for providers to convert paper files to paperless through our iDOCS platform. We try to be as green as possible!

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: We are a cloud based company, that is why we are prideful that our company is called MedCloud Consulting. Information and data is sensitive in the healthcare industry and we have measured to make sure that any of our clients our HIPAA compliant. We also realize that some practices are struggling to keep their doors open and our network has not only saved a lot of practices from closing but has even helped make some grow. Healthcare is the most important industry in the world, we want to improve it by being an ally that all healthcare providers can trust and be an instrument of support for them as well.

A: Reducing claim rejection to 2 percent or less and also improving cash flow optimization.

A: We are a one stop shop for a host of solutions for all medical providers. Some companies only do medical billing, where we also have solutions for patient retention, accounting and practice efficiency.

In-Home Care - Non-Medical
- $6.00 to $10.00 per visit / by session
Our billing philosophy is 2nd to none. We are all about reducing claim rejection and strengthening cash flow by obtaining processed claims within an average of 2 weeks or less.
