A: If you want a job done the right way the first time, then hire on a couple of women, it's our specialty to always want to "outdo" the men, so it's a job well done EVERYTIME!!

A: We reuse and recycle anything and everything that we use for cleaning or handyman repairs, we also like to use organic materials, and EVERYTHING gets disinfectant after each and every use! We also have recycling bens set up in the back of our vehicles for plastic and glass!

A: At Messy Jessie's we take each and every job very serious, we treat homes and yards as if they were our own! We take great pride in our work and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction! A: Our company is best known for our strong, beautiful, bubblely, and hard working women!

A: Well in my experience most people that start their own Handyman service are 9/10 starting it as a 'side hustle ', not at Messy Jessie's Handy Helper's, our business/work is our lively hood, we put everything we have into our business so that we can accomplish/deliver EVERYTHING you need/want as a customer!!

A: Messy Jessie's Handy Helper's is only offering warranty's to our recurring customers, and a satisfaction guarantee for all the rest!

A: Do we have a lawn mower, and the answer is Yes. Do we offer House cleaning? The answer is Yes. Do we offer window cleanings? Again the answer is Yes. Do we run Errands? The answer is, it depends on the distance and type of Errand. Do we offer pet/house sitting? The answer is Yes. Do we offer grocery delivery? Yes, depending on the where abouts of the delivery.

A: At Messy Jessie's Handy Helper's we offer senior citizens and veterans a generous 10% discount on Yard Cleanups.

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: At Messy Jessie's Handy Helper's we recently completed a yard cleanup on a beautiful piece of property about 2.8 acres big. When we first arrived the yard was completely grown over with about 9 inches of grass and debris. It was covered in tree limbs and palm fronds! Within three days time, we made it the most beautiful lawn on the entire neighborhood block!

How We Charge For Our Services
Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $15.00 to $22.00 per hour
- $1.00 to $2.00 per square foot (no furniture)
- $40.00 to $55.00 per room (no furniture)
- $55.00 to $60.00 per room (with furniture)
- $2.00 to $3.00 per square foot (with furniture)
Our billing philosophy is strictly based off of past jobs and prices that we asked since the beginning of Messy Jessie's Handy Helper's. Most of the time our prices are just an estimate until we are able to set eyes on the work site.

Cleaning Services - Industrial
- $17.50 to $20.00 per man hour
- $2.25 to $3.00 per square foot
Again these prices are based off of past jobs and most of the time are estimates until a final inspection of the job site is done.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
- $2.00 to $3.00 per square foot
- $160.00 to $200.00 per month (weekly cleaning)
Our prices are based off of past jobs and most of the time are only estimates until further inspection of the job site.

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
- $75.00 to $90.00 per visit / by session
Prices based off of past jobs and are mainly an estimate until further inspection of the job site.
