What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

By far our most popular program is our quarterly pest control program. Most of our customers have this service done every 3 months, with the first two services 30 days apart to break up covered pests' life cycles. If pest issues make a resurgence in between regularly scheduled services, just let us know; we provide free re-services for covered pests.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

We use products that are registered with the EPA, and labeled for use in/around day cares, hospitals, and pet kennels; we also offer 100% organic pest control services for those customers that would prefer that. We use a billing system that is 100% paperless, and we also use a route-optimizing software that allows us to minimize gas consumption and vehicle wear & tear in between services.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

A:

Most of our one time services come with a 30 day re-treatment warranty, so if you continue having pest issues, you will just need to let us know. If you decide to move forward with our quarterly pest control plan, you get a full 90 day warranty in between services, after the first two services have been completed. These first two services are typically done 30 days apart.

What precautions are you taking with COVID-19?
We are taking multiple steps to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. Wherever possible, we have designed our services to be able to be completed from the outside of the home. Whenever inside service or inspection is recommended or requested, we observe the 6 foot social distancing guidelines, do our best to avoid unnecessary contact with surfaces inside the home, and wear masks, disposable gloves, and shoe covers.
How Long Does It Take To Work?
While some of our customers report a substantial decrease in activity immediately after the service has been completed, it can take up to one week to see the full effect of each treatment. If you’re still having issues after that week, let us know!
