Find an independent inspector that does not have ties to your real estate agent. I work for YOU not a real estate agent.
I return calls emails and texts immediately. A personal professional service is my highest priority.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

A basic home inspection is the most common service provided, but air radon tests, lead testing, water quality testing and same day septic evaluation are also tasks I perform everyday.

I answer my phone. I don't use an answering service or have an office manager schedule my appointments.
I personally schedule and verify all my scheduled inspections.

Warranties are not actually allowed in home inspections. I do guarantee your total satisfaction with the report or the inspection is free.

Veterans are eligible for an added $20 savings on their home inspection fee.

I recently completed an inspection on a 240 year old home and barn. These structures require a little more due diligence and knowledge of post and beam construction.
Although the inspection process lasted longer than usual I was honored to be able to have access to a historic structure.
