The brand and style of fence you choose is the major determining factor, labor is ,mostly, a constant. however if the terrain requires cleanup or debris removal before install, it also affects the pricing.

- $10.00 to $18.00 per linear foot (6 ft fence)
- $8.00 to $15.00 per linear foot (4 ft fence)
The height of the fence increases material cost.

- $12.00 to $14.00 fixed fee - flat rate
to fix small holes or breaks is 12 per foot. to repair major breaks or alter the fence 14.

this price by the square foot. condition of the fence or deck determines the price. An older fence takes more paint stain or seal, so it would be more expensive.

The labor is more to install this fence because of the weight of the material. its also a more precise install, since iron does not give.
