Make sure your design professional is qualified to accomplish your goals. Check that they are a licensed architect. Initially have a telephone conversation with the architect asking any questions you have about the design process. Your first impression is usually correct.

These days customers ask if we provide virtual models of their house designs, additions and remodels so they can fully understand what they are getting. The answer is yes. We produce renderings and animations of what the finished product will look like.

Our company just completed the design and construction of a 3-story duplex in Hollywood. We provided construction management services for this project.
We designed a large home in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles that was just completed for a developer.
We are currently working on getting building permits for a new house in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles. This is for a young family who is removing the existing home on their lot and replacing it with a new one.

Jack’s career in architecture began as a young boy apprenticing with his father Irving B. Moses in Chicago, IL. An alumni of The Rhode Island School of Design, Jack carries degrees in both Fine Art and Architecture. His extensive portfolio in architectural design includes the construction of residential homes, retail environments, fine resorts & hotels, institutional, and industrial projects across the US and abroad. He has associated on projects with Gensler and Skidmore, Ownings and Merrill, and his work has been featured on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. Jack currently resides in Los Angeles and is licensed to practice architecture in California. He personally walks each client through design development to permitting and construction.
