How We Charge For Our Services
|
Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $40.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $40.00 to $50.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $20.00 to $40.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $40.00 to $50.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $50.00 to $60.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $60.00 to $70.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
Our minimum hourly rate is $40 per. Prices may vary depending on scope of work to be done. We will always discuss price variations with our customers before work is done.

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $40.00 to $50.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
our minimum is $40 per hr, for a two man crew,, materials always vary in price,,

Lawn - Aeration Services
- $100.00 to $140.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $75.00 to $90.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
- $40.00 to $50.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
Aerating is a little more expensive than other services due to the equipment, (aerator) cost to maintain and operate. most aerators rent for 110 a day or more depending on size and type of aerator

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $60.00 to $80.00 per application (1 acre)
- $40.00 to $50.00 per application (1/4 acre)
- $50.00 to $60.00 per application (1/2 acre)
Most of our services start at a minimum of $40 per hr.. plus material coast.. one factor that may affect our treatment price is the terrain, and or the amount of material needed in accordance to the soils condition or PH levels

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $60.00 to $120.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $20.00 to $40.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $40.00 to $80.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Depending on the height of the grass we may have to go over it more than once. we may also have to remove the clippings if there is an excessive amount

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $40.00 to $50.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $50.00 to $70.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $75.00 to $90.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $100.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for 1 acre lot
- $50.00 to $60.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $40.00 to $60.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
prices may vary depending on the amount of leaves covering the lawn .

Waste, Junk, Materials - Remove
- $20.00 to $40.00 per man hour
- $60.00 per cubic yard
- $600.00 to $800.00 for full load (12 ft. truck; about 18 cubic yards)
- $250.00 to $350.00 for 1/2 truck load (12 ft. truck; 9 cubic yards)
with loads of this size we have to take load to a county dump facility. They charge in the neighborhood of 45 per ton,,

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
- $40.00 to $50.00 per visit / by session
Debris clean up always varies and prices will be discussed before work is done
