A: We have over 20 years of experience in the human resources field handling numerous employee and labor relations issues including conflict management, labor negotiations, problem solving, and leadership coaching. We provide real, practical solutions built on integrity and mutual respect.

A: We provide a 10 percent discount off standard rates to senior citizens and veterans.

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: While working with a local family-owned company in the Cookeville, Tennessee, area, we provided team building training with a group of five key employees. During the training we focused on the principles discussed in Patrick Lencioni's book "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team." The training was well received by the employees, and the business owner did see improvements in the relationships and teamwork among the group.
