What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Make sure you remember that it's not about price. It's about trusting someone with your dream and if they are not only able, but are they willing to do the extra little extraordinary things you see in your vision without adding to the price tag. Do they share your passion? Are you dealing with a sales rep or an installer/businessperson that knows exactly what your project is going to need? So many things "surprise" even the pros when doing any remodeling job. Do they have the knowledge to see it through without hitting you over the head with fees and new costs that were not discussed upon agreement of the scope and what it entailed? Speak to those who know your particular jobs details inside and out. People begin new businesses everyday and some are even better than the best, but others just closed one failed attempt at it and paid 55 bucks and started again fresh name still bad in practice.

Why are you so much less than all other estimates?
Answer is because we keep overhead to a min. And dont buy tons of marketing spaces, we dont have sales reps so we dont pay commissions, and all installers are in house so there isnt extra problem costs.

We recently remodeled a master bath. If began as a simple shower tile demo and reinstall but when we opened up the wall it was full of water damage, mold and rotted studs. To keep costs down for our homeowners we used their preapproved selection of materials from restore and was able to completely re-rock, attend to framing and basically remodel entire space for only 600 more than entire original scope. Needless to say, our customers have been so happy with this and our budget savvy project team to make this a wonderful experience and not the nightmare it could have turned into for them.

Yes. We are active members of NWIR or national women in roofing a national roofing association member sect. We also actively participate in philanthropy and give one free roof away at christmas to a family who cant afford one but must have one in wyndotte county every year.

Addition to House - Build
- $100.00 to $300.00 per square foot for premium grade construction
- $75.00 to $150.00 per square foot for standard grade construction
It's simple. 30% down; Trades: Concrete, Framing, Electrician, Drywallers/Painter, Carpenter (total 5) total contract in example 25,000 - 30% is 7500 or 1500 per trade phased. Deposit is due 1 wk. before work is scheduled. Day materials arrive 30% is due upon receipt of delivery to site. Upon completion of each phase the remaining 40% become due immediately once acceptance and sign off by customer is completed. Some customer’s pay 30/30/40 in full. The contracts written are unique and specific to each customer to allow flexibility and to completely personalize the scope of each project fully.

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Installation
- $350.00 to $500.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
- $175.00 to $300.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
30% down to secure installation, 30% due upon delivery of materials to roof-top, 40% due upon completion. If insurance claim, acv amount is due plus deductible upon acceptance of contract, upon delivery of materials any extra materials above and beyond insurance amount ordered is due, upon completion the full remaining amount of rcv paid out plus any approved supplements are due upon receiving check from insurance provider.

Bathroom - Remodel
- $100.00 to $150.00 per square foot

- $7.00 to $20.00 per square foot (4 inch reinforced slab)
Depending on site conditions and exactly how much is going to be needed determines a lot of pricing. Larger areas get bigger discounts on price per square ft, but we do 30/30/40 % payments. Deposit, day work starts, final payment upon completion.

- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus cost of materials)
- $300.00 to $750.00 per window (includes standard size, mid-grade window)
- $50.00 to $150.00 per window (labor only; window purchased by homeowner)
- $10,000.00 to $50,000.00 replace all windows of standard 4-bedroom home
