Re roofing 1650 sq ft of roof with galvalum 26 gage metal. Metal over shingles. Challenging cuts around 3 dormers in the front of house. Most companies would charge to remove shingles but is not necessary if there is less than 3 layers of shingles. Plus the shingles act as an expensive underlayment. 18-22k
