Home Inspection Services - $425.00 to $585.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical) Inspection no water test is $425.00 Inspection with water test is $585.00

Mold - Testing or Inspection - $350.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing) This air test includes two air cells additional air cells and or swabs are $85.00 each.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection - $75.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home) This is a 1 vial test.
