maintenance service to care for their properties. We offer spring clean-ups,
mulching, mowing, light landscaping, shrub trimming, lawn seeding, driveway sealing
and fall leaf removal.

How We Charge For Our Services

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $46.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
We will estimate the job, including materials.

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $68.00 to $90.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $25.00 to $35.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $36.00 to $67.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
We will give you an estimate for regular mowing on an as needed basis. We charge about 15% more for biweekly mowing. You will receive a monthly statement for all services rendered during that month.

Lawn or Garden - Pull Weeds
- $46.00 per hour
We can provide an estimate for the desired work before commencing.

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $46.00 to $100.00 per hour for raking and bagging
We provide an estimate for all new customers with the understanding that the price may change due to weather events. We generally service regular customers twice during the season.

Property Maintenance & Repair
- $46.00 per hour plus parts
We can provide an estimate for the desired work, including materials before work commences.
