I would recommend meeting with more than one advisor before you decide to do business. Get a good feel for the individual and ask lots of questions, your working relationship should last a lifetime so ensuring you trust the person and the company they represent is crucial. But I say ask lots of questions not to be a pain but to weed out the folks who don't know their stuff and aren't patient enough to meet all of your needs. Pro tip you should feel good after the meeting and have some clarity about your plan moving forward.
