- $100.00 to $175.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)

- $225.00 to $285.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $275.00 to $425.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $550.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $275.00 to $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
