What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

OpExcellence Facility Services, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on serving the ARK-LA-TEX Region. We believe our name says it all...we are about operational excellence. We realize that doing excellent work at a fair price keeps us in business. We are highly responsive and pay attention to the minor details that can be the difference between an average outcome versus an outstanding end result. We want our customers to be delighted every time we finish their project. We have an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist on our Team (Mr. Jonathan Brasfield), who provides subject matter expertise and consultation on tree-related projects.
We have to be passionate about what we do and we are. We believe it shows in the quality of our work and ultimately in the satisfaction of our customers. We enjoy meeting great people and doing this work for a reasonable price, so that our customers can focus on what they would rather be doing. It makes for a synergistic relationship.
As a SDVOSB, we appreciate the value of those heroes who serve others and who toil to provide essential community needs. For that reason, in recognition of the selfless service of our military, government civilian employees, teachers and educators, health care employees, police, firemen, and other First Responders, we offer a 5% appreciation discount off our project prices. This is our small way to give back to those you who give so much of yourselves to taking care of our communities.
The most important thing in building a new customer relationship is being accessible and being a great active listener. We take the time to understand the customer's articulated and inferred needs and tailor our service to deliver against those goals. We use our substantial subject matter expertise to offer the broadest array of options and to ensure mutual understanding of the desired end state. What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

Full service tree removal, tree trimming, and stump grinding.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

We consult with our clients during tree trimming assessment to always err on taking action (or no action) to best protect the health of the tree. All tree debris that we collect is legally disposed of at either a mulching company in the local area or at a municipal landfill to ensure that it is handled in a way that is best for the environment.

What would you like your customers to know about your company?

Our advice is to know what you want, which makes our job of sharing options with you much easier. Also, we encourage you to get at least 2 quotes for any major project...but ensure that one of them is from OpExcellence Facility Services, LLC. We will be very competitively priced but more importantly, you WILL love the quality of our end results.
The customer should be prepared to answer these questions:
*What do you want to accomplish?
*What is your budget for the project?
*How quickly do you want the work completed?
*What has been the track record of success for the company you want to perform the work? What is the general consensus of public, verified feedback for the company?
*Does the company do background checks on the employees that will be on your premises?
*What forms of payment will the company accept?
*Is the company licensed, insured and bonded? Of course, our answer to this question is always yes and we provide copies with our written estimates.
