What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

When considering organizers, make sure to consider things other than the cost – stress from being unorganized, what the stress is doing to your health, buying the same items that you already have but don’t know where they are, and the time lost searching for items, Working with us as experienced, trained professional organizers is a benefit to you as we do not try to make you purchase additional organizing supplies, try to upsell you, or add time onto a project, just because.

Professional Organizers of Homes and Businesses - from paper to closets, from dental offices to law firms. We can help all with almost any time of organizing.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

A:

We do our best to try and repurpose items a client has in their homes for our organizing projects. It is a last resort for a client to purchase something if we need it. We are also members of Organizers for Charity - where we donate items to prevent overflow in the land fills.

James is a 28 year Marine Corps Veteran. He has a Bachelor of Science in Education Degree, majoring in Workforce Education and Development and a Master of Science in Education Degree, majoring in Human Resource Management and Development, both from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, He is co-owner of Etched Motion Productions and serves as the Chief Officer of Organizational Development, Executive Producer of Origin: Beyond the impact. ?I had a problem with paper. I had so much of it I did not know where to start. Kathleen and James offered choices of what I could do. I decided that I wanted to get rid of all the paper, or as they said, most of it. I have never seen so much scanning done in my life. But the outcome if great. We moved into a smaller home and we knew we were not going to keep all of our belongings, which we brought everything with us and it sat in our garage for a month. So, we contacted Organizing Resolutions and spoke with Kathleen on the phone. She understood our concerns and took action right away, arriving the next day for an assessment. We did the assessment and they offered to start that day - which I guess they do not usually do, but we were so happy they offered. They helped us organize our whole house and we so appreciated it. One thing we suggest is that if you are moving, contact Organizing Resolutions BEFORE you move. They would have helped us in our old house to get rid of things and not have to hall everything to the new house to get rid of it there. They were a blessing to us.

?We hired Organizing Resolutions to organize our master bedroom and walk-in closet (we loved their closet re-model they have posted on their website). We had a super experience with them - always kind, positive, encouraging and just great people. Our bedroom feels so much "lighter" now with all the clutter gone. We feel like we sleep better. Our closet was a challenge. We had so many clothes all over that half of the clothes I did not even know I had. Once we got through all of them, we felt so much better knowing that clothes we had not worn for years (some still had tags on them) were going to go to someone who needed them.
