The paint on my house (2 & 1/2 story colonial with peaked roof) and garage (1 & 1/ 2 story with peaked roof) had started to peel away. They scraped and primed prior to painting and did an excellent job. At 1 point, there was a problem in covering a portion of the trim. The foreman relayed this to the owner of the company and he personally came and took care of the problem area. More importantly than my being very pleased with the work that was done is the fact that my wife was just as pleased. I've had a leak in my apartment and called Paint Power to put up new sheetrock and paint the main living space. I've never worked with contractor who was so organized. My project was perfectly managed. Mila, the office manager, was on top of everything, from dealing with my building regarding the insurance certificate to keeping me posted throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure to deal with Paint Power. They were very patient accommodating while I decided on the colors for the half of my apartment that was to be painted: a bedroom, hallway, bathroom and kitchen. My experience in remodeling my apartment with Paint Power was great, The project involved removing the old carpet, sub floor, new plywood sub floor and hardwood floor installation. 560 sf. Fixing GWB damage, Painting throughout the 750 sf space (except brick walls). The cooperation with Mila at the office and Brando was excellent and responsive to all my concerns and requests. The crew was very pleasant to work with, cooperative and highly competent. Fabio is an outstanding, skilled craftsman, of great know how and ability, meticulous and thorough in his execution.
