THE RIVER HOUSE AT THE TRAIL'S HEAD LUXURY APARTMENTS
This was one of my favorite projects for Wolff Company. He had definite ideas of what he wanted to do in this clubhouse, and it is extremely gratifying to know that he's very pleased, and that the residents love it too. It included working from architectural plans, selecting color palette, tile, carpet, stained concrete, researching and purchasing furniture, lighting, accessories, greenery and art. Then delivery and set-up.

RIVER CITY DENTISTRY - DONNA SCHAU DDS - POST FALLS, ID
Dr Schau had to relocate her office because of the new Greensferry overpass, and she needed help
redoing her decor (I helped her decorate her last office.) We had to select carpet, tile, paint and stain colors inside and out, lighting, signage, furniture, art, accessories and greenery. She and her clients love it.

The Riverhouse at Trail's Head luxury apartments, Spokane Valley, WA
This was a large project for The Wolff Company to create a warm, cozy and classy clubhouse space for the apartment residents with a gathering area, theatre room, offices and excercise room. This project was from architectural plans to color palette, materials (carpet, hardwood, tile, lighting, research, shopping for furniture, accessories, lighting, art and greenery).

PINE VALLEY RANCH LUXURY APARTMENTS - SPOKANE VALLEY, WA
This was a Wolff Company project which included a clubhouse with a gathering area, theatre room, offices, and excercise room. I worked from architectural plans to research, to color palette, carpet, tile, stained concrete, shopping for furniture, accessories, art and greenery.

This was a Wolff Company project to remodel an existing clubhouse for the residents. I designed and had a fireplace built , and updated the furnishings, art, greenery and accessories.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Interior Decorators - Residential
- $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
I charge a per hour price only, and don't mark up the products I buy for my clients, I try to keep their expenditures as reasonable as possible. The 75.00 is very fair compared to other designers and I' extremely fast and efficient.

Interior Designers - Commercial
- $3.00 to $5.00 per square foot (design cost only)
My square foot pricing depends on the amount of involvement required, =
starting from architectural plans to map out the whole project & expense, color palette, materials (carpet, tile, hardwood, lighting, materials inside and outside, signage, furniture, accessories, art, greenery, set -up, delivery to project).

Interior Designers - Residential
- $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
If it's a consultation only, or a large project remodeling, etc. it depends on how much is involved. A project could include color palette, carpet, tile, granite, hardwood, furniture, accessories, art and greenery, plus shopping, research, delivery and set-up.
