When you hire an appraiser for real estate purposes, be sure who you hire is licensed and familiar with your neighborhood (s). Just know, appraiser's train over 3000 hours and take 4 hour exams before they are licensed.

How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $450.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee for a residential lot (less than 1 acre)
- $400.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
The fees for an appraisal are not about what it is, it is about how many homes have sold in the time period that are similar to the subject and how complex the appraisal is.
Typically fees are determined on a home by home basis.\
Land is more complex than homes in Los Angeles County.
