Real estate transactions have gotten a lot more complex these days and a buyer and/or a seller needs to have a Realtor with good, clever negotiating skills that many newer agents haven't had the experience to develop. Also, a Realtor whose plan is to keep a long term relationship with their clients and not a "love them and leave them" attitude.
